Karate

Karate is one of the most enthusiastic and energetic game, Karate can be practiced as a art. Everyone thing that Karate is an art of fighting. But its not like that, its an art of saving our self by our own. How many of you knows that the people who practice karate are free from fat and some diseases like diabetes?

Since i am a Black Belt in Karate, I would like to share some few points. Karate not only teach me how to defense my self, It also thought me what and when to do things. The persons who knows Karate well will not let them go to fight. They will always try to avoid fighting with others. Karate thought me fitness and many things. Even I was teach how to make Biriyani from my Karate master.

Karate is an art of standing in our own legs, fitness and many more things. So try to learn Karate and stand in your own legs
